Yes! All products are official and 100% authentic. They are purchased from certified retailers by Pokémon Company. Our team ensures we always check the product's origin before any shipment. For individual cards, the majority come from certified collector shops in Tokyo, renowned for their quality.

No! All individual boosters (offered, in discovery packs, and for sale on the site) come from sealed Displays, which we randomly draw from to include in orders. It's therefore possible to find ultra-rare and secret rare cards in each Booster!

It takes between 2 to 5 business days for preparation and shipping of the package. Then, if you chose FedEx shipping, they promise between 3 and 6 business days. For pickup point delivery, it takes between 8 to 12 business days. Finally, for Swiss customers, Japan Post shipping takes 10 business days.
The times indicated are averages, it's possible that it may take a few days less or more, depending on postal service efficiency and the time of year (New Year, Black Friday, Christmas etc...)
NB: We cover customs fees and import taxes as well as loss & theft insurance exclusively with pickup point delivery.

We can ship our packages to metropolitan France, Switzerland, Belgium, USA, Canada, Thailand and Europe on a case-by-case basis. If you're in a different country, please contact us before your purchase.

After placing your order, we prepare and ship your order in 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number. Here's how it works:
Pickup Point Delivery:
You can track your package on the official Mondial Relay website. :)
Once you receive the email with your tracking number, it means your package is traveling to France. We need to wait for it to arrive in France and be delivered to Mondial Relay for your tracking number to activate. On average, activation takes 6 business days from when you received the email. This is the time needed to handle the various import taxes for you!
FedEx:
You can track your package on the official FedEx website. :)
Japan Post:
You can track your package on the official National Post website of your country, Swiss Post for Switzerland for example.

Yes, packages are protected with bubble wrap envelopes or cardboard with bubble wrap and Japanese newspaper (sometimes you can follow the news ^^). Nothing to worry about!
For individual cards, the most precious ones always come with a sleeve and soft top loader, cardboard and bubble wrap to guarantee safe transport.

Can I request a product not present on the site?
Yes! This happens every week. We search for all the products you want in Japan. Contact us directly by email at support@shoguncards.com.
